Yes. Sidify Music Converter is available on Android. The Android version is included at no additional cost when you purchase a Windows license. Simply activate it using the same registration information.

Sidify Music Converter is designed to convert Spotify songs, playlists, podcasts, and radio content to MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, or ALAC.

It supports conversion speeds of up to 10X while preserving audio quality of up to 320 kbps. Sidify can also retain and edit ID3 tags, burn converted Spotify music to a CD, and export music to iTunes.

[1] Launch Sidify and click the registration key icon to open the registration window.

[2] Enter the email address and registration code included in your order confirmation email, and then click OK.

[1] Make sure you have downloaded and installed the correct Sidify product.

[2] Check whether any extra spaces were added before or after your email address or registration code.

Sidify Music Converter supports converting Spotify songs, playlists, and podcasts to MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, or ALAC.

Intelligent Mode: Intelligent Mode combines Spotify Record Mode or WebPlayer Mode with YouTube Download Mode. It is designed to improve conversion speed and help you obtain Spotify tracks more efficiently.

Record Mode: Songs are recorded through the Spotify desktop application to provide the highest available audio quality.

YouTube Mode: Music is downloaded at a faster speed through YouTube Download Mode.

WebPlayer Mode: Use this mode if the other conversion modes do not work correctly. It downloads streaming music through the Spotify Web Player.

Yes. Sidify Music Converter supports Spotify Lossless audio. It allows you to convert Spotify tracks, albums, and playlists to lossless FLAC while retaining available ID3 tags and lyrics.

To convert Spotify Lossless audio, make sure the following conditions are met:

[1] You must have a Spotify Premium account. In Spotify, click your profile picture, open Settings, and select Lossless as the streaming quality.

[2] In Sidify, select Spotify App Mode, add music to the program, and choose Recommended as the output format.

Yes. You can convert all the songs in a Spotify playlist in one batch by dragging and dropping the playlist from Spotify into Sidify.

Launch Sidify and click Settings in the upper-right corner.

Under Output Organized, select one of the following options:

  • Artist/Album
  • Artist
  • Album
  • Album/Artist
  • None

If you want to convert songs at their full original volume, change the volume setting in Spotify.

Open Spotify’s settings and turn off Set the same volume level for all songs or Normalize volume, and then try the conversion again.

Cause: An unknown error occurred.

Solution: Open Sidify’s settings, select YouTube Download Mode, and then try the conversion again.

Cause: Sidify failed to open the audio encoder.

Solution: Close and relaunch Sidify, and then try the conversion again.

Cause: Your Spotify account is playing audio on another device.

Solution:

  • 1. Open Spotify.
  • 2. Open the device selection menu.
  • 3. Select This Computer as the current playback device.
  • 4. Return to Sidify and try the conversion again.

Cause: The conversion failed.

Solution: Select another output format or change the conversion mode to Spotify Record Mode, and then try again.

Cause: Sidify failed to start the Spotify Application.

Solution:

  • 1. Close and restart Sidify.
  • 2. If the problem continues, uninstall the Spotify Application.
  • 3. Download and reinstall Spotify from its official website.
  • 4. Confirm that Spotify works normally, and then restart Sidify.

Cause: Spotify failed to play the selected audio.

Solution:

  • 1. Make sure you are using the latest versions of both Sidify and Spotify.
  • 2. Confirm that the original audio can be played normally in Spotify.
  • 3. Check whether your computer is connected to external speakers, Bluetooth devices, or other audio devices.
  • 4. Disconnect these devices temporarily and try the conversion again.

Cause: The computer has no available audio output device, so Spotify cannot play the music normally.

Solution:

  • 1. Check that your speakers, headphones, or other audio output devices are connected correctly.
  • 2. Open Spotify and confirm that the music can be played normally.
  • 3. Return to Sidify and try the conversion again.

Cause: The actual track duration is shorter than the duration detected by Sidify.

Solution: Please try the conversion again later.

Cause: The conversion was completed, but the converted file is empty.

Solution: Please try the conversion again later.

Cause: No matching result was found while using YouTube Download Mode.

Solution:

  • 1. Open Sidify’s settings.
  • 2. Change the conversion mode to Spotify Record Mode.
  • 3. Add the failed track again and restart the conversion.

Cause: You must sign in to your Spotify account before the selected content can be downloaded.

Solution:

  • 1. Sign in to your Spotify account.
  • 2. Confirm that the selected track can be played normally.
  • 3. Return to Sidify and try the conversion again.

Cause: The required file does not exist or cannot be found.

Solution:

  • 1. Open Sidify’s settings.
  • 2. Select a different output folder.
  • 3. Set Output Organized to None.
  • 4. Try the conversion again.

Cause: Sidify does not have permission to read from or write to the selected folder.

Solution:

  • 1. Close Sidify.
  • 2. Right-click the Sidify icon and select Run as administrator.
  • 3. Select a different output folder.
  • 4. Try the conversion again.

Cause: There is not enough free disk space in the selected output location.

Solution: Free up disk space or select another output folder with sufficient available storage, and then restart the conversion.

Cause: The output file path is too long.

Solution:

  • 1. Open Sidify’s settings.
  • 2. Select a shorter output path.
  • 3. Set Output Organized to None.
  • 4. Try the conversion again.

Cause: The output path may contain unsupported special characters, a trailing space, or a trailing period.

Solution:

  • 1. Select another output path.
  • 2. Set Output Organized to None.
  • 3. Try the conversion again.

If the song title, artist name, or album name contains special characters, provide the Spotify link when contacting our support team.

Cause: The output file is too large and exceeds the file size limit of a FAT-formatted drive.

Solution: Select an output folder on a drive that does not use the FAT file system, and then try the conversion again.

Cause: Sidify timed out while connecting to the Spotify player.

Solution:

  • 1. Close Sidify and Spotify.
  • 2. Relaunch Sidify.
  • 3. Confirm that Spotify can play music normally.
  • 4. Add the track again and restart the conversion.

Contact Spotify Support and follow its instructions to request the restoration of your account.

You may need to confirm that you are no longer using your account to download content.
