FAQs of Sidify All-In-One for Windows

Find clear answers to common questions about registration, supported platforms, playlist conversion, output settings, error codes, and technical support.

In general, once your order is confirmed, the license key is sent to the email address used for the purchase within 2 hours.

If you do not receive it:

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder in case the email was misclassified.
  • Allow extra time, as delivery can occasionally be delayed by email typos or system issues.

If you still have not received your license, contact support@sidify.com for assistance.

If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription and keep auto-renewal enabled, a new license key is sent to your email each renewal period. Please remember to reactivate the program with the new license.

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure you have installed the correct program version — Sidify All-In-One for Windows or Mac. Each license is specific to one platform and cannot be used on the other.
  2. The registration code is case-sensitive. Copy and paste the registration information directly into Sidify All-In-One, and make sure there are no extra spaces before or after it.

If the program still won't register, contact our support team via support@sidify.com and include your registration information.

The Windows and Mac versions are two separate programs for two different operating systems, so a Windows license cannot be registered on Mac, and vice versa.

If you purchased a license for the wrong operating system within the last 5 days, contact us and we'll help you replace it — or you can purchase a license for the correct operating system and contact us to refund the original order.

If you've switched from Windows to Mac (or Mac to Windows) and need to reinstall the program on your new computer, contact our support team; we offer a discounted license for your new platform.

Each license is valid for one computer only. Using the registration code on another computer will show as "Invalid".

If you've switched to a new computer, contact support@sidify.com to transfer your registration to the new device.

If you bought the wrong program, contact our support team within five days of purchase to exchange it for the correct one.

If the two programs differ in price, please purchase the correct program within the applicable refund period first, then forward your order receipt to our support team so we can refund the original order.

Cause: The current PC has no audio output device, resulting in abnormal music playback.

Solution:

  1. Ensure the audio output device is properly connected.
  2. Verify that the music plays normally in the official app.
  3. If everything is alright, try the conversion again.

Cause: Both iTunes and the Music app are installed, which can prevent Sidify from reading your music library correctly.

Solution: Sidify does not currently work with the Store version of the Music app. Uninstall the Music app to resolve the issue.

We are considering supporting the Music app in a future update.

Cause: The issue may be related to your Tidal account.

Solution: Make sure your Tidal account is not a trial (or that the trial has not expired) and that the song can be played back normally in the Tidal app. Once your Tidal account is verified and songs play without issue, Sidify should work again.

Cause: The selected download requires you to be logged in to the music account.

Solution: Sign in to the relevant music account (Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Tidal, or YouTube Music) to proceed.

Contact our support team at support@sidify.com and provide your order information, such as your email address, receipt, order number, or any other details you remember.

If the solutions above cannot fix the issue, please send the following information to our support team at support@sidify.com. We'll pass your feedback to our developers and notify you once a solution is available.

  • Which Windows OS you are using — Windows 8, 10, or 11 — and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit.
  • The conversion mode, output format, and settings you selected.
  • Sidify's log files.

Please contact us at support@sidify.com via e-mail and provide us with your Windows OS, Spotify version and Sidify log file as well for analysis.

Tips: How to find the log file of Sidify? Just find the menu button on the upper left corner and click on File > Show Log File, and a window which contains the log file would pop up.
