01How to Register Sidify All-In-One for Windows
After purchasing Sidify All-In-One, you will receive a registration email address and license code in your order confirmation email.
Step 1 Open the Registration Window
Launch Sidify All-In-One and click the Register or profile icon in the lower-left corner. The registration window will appear.
Step 2 Enter Your Registration Information
Copy (press Ctrl + C) and paste (press Ctrl + V) the registration email address and license code from your order confirmation email into the corresponding fields, then click Register to activate the program. After successful registration, you can convert full-length tracks.
- Copy and paste the registration information exactly as provided. The registration email address and license code are case-sensitive.
- Remove any spaces before or after the registration information.
- Make sure you installed Sidify All-In-One rather than another Sidify product, and confirm that your license is valid for the Windows version.

03How to Use Sidify All-In-One Music Converter on Windows
The conversion process is similar across supported services. This guide uses Spotify as an example; features may vary by service.
Step 1 Select a Streaming Music Service
Download, install, and launch the latest version of Sidify All-In-One on your Windows computer. Some services support both App Mode and Web Player Mode. Choose one to continue. This guide uses Spotify App Mode as an example. (App Mode Vs. Webplayer Mode)
Step 2 Add Spotify Songs to Sidify
Open the playlist, album, or artist you want to download in the Spotify desktop app or Spotify web player. Then click the Click to Add button in the lower-right corner of Sidify.
Select the tracks you want, or select all available tracks, and click Add.


- In Spotify App Mode, you can also drag and drop playlists from the Spotify App to Sidify or copy and paste a playlist link.
- Can't find the Click to Add button?
- Spotify App Mode: Go to Settings, scroll down, and enable Enable One-click in Spotify Desktop.
- Web Player Mode: Go to Menu > Clear Cache, then reopen the playlist, album, or artist.
Step 3 Set the Output Format and Quality
Click Settings in the left panel. Choose your preferred output format (MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, or ALAC), audio quality, conversion speed, and output folder.
Optional: You can also customize the file name, folder path, sample rate, and lyric settings when available.
Step 4 Start Converting the Music
Click Convert to begin. Sidify displays the conversion progress and status of each track. Keep Sidify open until the conversion is complete.


Step 5 Find the Converted Music
When the conversion is complete, select History from the left panel. Click the folder icon next to a completed track to open its location in Windows File Explorer. You can then play the files with a local media player, copy them to a USB drive, transfer them to a supported portable device, or process them with Sidify's built-in audio tools.
04How to Download Podcasts to MP3 for Free
Sidify's built-in podcast downloader lets you browse podcasts from over 10,000 sources and save episodes as MP3 files for free.
- Select Podcasts from the left panel. Browse by category or search for a podcast.
- Open the podcast page and find the episodes you want to download.
- Click Download next to an episode, choose Download All, or select multiple episodes and click Download Selected. When Sidify lists the selected episodes, confirm your selection and click Add.
- Click Download to start downloading.


05How to Record Online Radio to MP3 For Free
Sidify's free radio recorder lets you listen to and record more than 67,000 radio stations in multiple languages.
- Select Radio from the left panel, then browse or search for a station.
- Under Record Settings, choose the output format, audio quality, and output folder.
- Play the station and click Click to Record. Stop the recording when finished, then open the output folder to find the file.
06How to Separate Vocals and Instrumentals
Sidify's AI Audio Splitter separates local audio files into vocal and instrumental tracks.
- Select AI Optimize > AI Audio Splitter from the left panel.
- Add an audio file, then choose the output format and folder.
- Click AI Split to begin processing.
- When complete, open the output folder to find the separated files.
07More Tools and Features
Sidify also includes tools for managing local audio files. Select Tools from the left panel to access them. To burn music to a CD, insert a blank CD, go to Tools > Burn CD, add your audio files, adjust the disc settings, and click Burn. A compatible disc drive and blank CD are required.
How to Edit ID3 Tags
Go to Tools > Tag Editor, add an audio file, edit its title, artist, album, year, genre, track number, or cover artwork, then save the changes.
How to Convert Local Audio Files in Bulk
Go to Tools > Format Converter, add your files, choose MP3, M4A, FLAC, WAV, OGG, or AIFF, select an output folder, and click Convert.
How to Convert AA/AAX Audiobooks
Go to Tools > AA/AAX Converter, add local AA or AAX files, choose MP3, M4A, or M4B, select an output folder, and start the conversion. This tool converts local audiobook files only and does not download audiobooks from Audible.


How to Edit Music Files
Go to Tools > Audio Editor, add your audio files, make the required edits, and save the result.
How to Play Output Audio in Sidify
Open History, locate a converted track, and click Play to listen to it in Sidify.
