You can safely enter your computer password. The “nativeBridgeHelper” prompt is part of the system authorization process on ARM-based devices. It ensures the program has the necessary permission to run properly. Your password remain local and are never stored or shared.

In the program, go to Menu > Check for updates to check for the latest version. You can also download the latest version from the Download page on our website: https://www.sidify.com/download-center.html.

Try switching between the available App/Web conversion modes and then try the conversion again.
[3] Clear the program cache
For a basic cache cleanup, go to Menu > Clear Caches in the program.

Make sure that you can log in to your Amazon Music account normally through an external web browser. If you are using Amazon Music, please also make sure that your subscription is active.
