Sidify Tidal Music Converter for Mac enables users to convert the first of each Tidal track and download 3 songs at one time for sample testing. You need to purchase a license to unlock the full version.
[1]Run Sidify and click the Sign in button in the lower left corner, you'll then get the registration window.
[2]Fill in the blanks with your E-mail address and Code you have received from the email and then click OK.
[1] Please make sure that you are running the right program - Sidify Tidal Music Converter.
[2] Please ensure that you are running the correct version of the program. The license for the Windows version couldn't be applied on macOS operating system and vice versa.
[3] The registration info is case sensitive. Please differentiate the upper case and the lower case in your registration email address and license code.
[4] Please confirm that there are no spaces before or after the registration info.

Currently Sidify Tidal Music Converter for Mac is able to convert Tidal songs, artists, albums and playlists to MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF or ALAC format.
If you encounter the Failed 6105 error, the issue may be related to your Tidal account. Ensure that your Tidal account is not a trial, the trial period has not expired, and the song you're trying to convert can be played back normally in the Tidal app. Once you've verified your Tidal account and can play songs without any issues, Sidify should start working again.
The "Failed 1703" error pops up because you need to log into a Tidal account to confirm you can access the downloads. To fix this, just sign into your Tidal account and then keep going with the download.
The software is built for macOS 11+ only (tested up to macOS 26 Tahoe). Systems below macOS 11 are not supported. If your system is running less than macOS 11 and there's no compatible version, please upgrade to macOS 11 or later or use the Windows version. If you're a paid user and can't upgrade, we offer a free Windows license. Please contact our support team if you'd like this option.
