Launch Sidify YouTube Music Converter, click the "Key" icon or click the "Menu" icon on the upper right and then select "Register". There will be a pop-up registration dialog where you can copy and paste your registration e-mail and license code to get the program registered.
There are two possible causes for invalid code.
[1]The registration code doesn't match the program. Please make sure you are running the right program.
[2]Extra spaces are accidentally added while filling in your e-mail and code. Please check whether there are spaces before or after the registration info.

Yes, Sidify YouTube Music Converter supports batch conversion, so you can add the entire playlist to convert.
[1]Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the program. Please make sure the songs you want to convert can be played normally on Sidify or on the YouTube Music web player in Chrome.
[2]Please don't connect an external audio device to your computer during the conversion and don't play YouTube Music on other devices at the same time.

Sidify YouTube Music Converter supports keeping the track number for albums. Please choose "Track Number" in the "Output File Name" tab of the Setting window. In addition, if you want to save the converted songs in the same order as the original playlist, please choose "Playlist Index".
The "Failed 1703" error happens because you have to log into a YouTube Music account to confirm access for downloads. To fix this problem, just sign into your YouTube Music account and continue with the download.
The minimum requirement is macOS 11 or above (including macOS 26 Tahoe). If your Mac is running an older version and no compatible build exists, we recommend upgrading to macOS 11+. Alternatively, you can switch to the Windows version. For paid customers who can’t upgrade, we’re happy to provide a free Windows license—please reach out to our support team.

Tips: How to find the log files? Just find the menu button on the upper left corner and click on File > Show Log File > Logs, and a window which contains the log files would pop up. They are com.sidify.youtubemusicconverter.log and Sidify YouTube Music Converter.log.
