1. How to register Sidify Apple Music Converter for Mac?

Launch Sidify Apple Music Converter, click the "Key" icon or click the "Menu" icon on the upper right and then select "Sign In". There will be a pop-up registration dialog where you can copy and paste your registration e-mail and license code to get the program registered.

2. Why am I getting "Invalid Code"?

Please confirm that you are using the correct Sidify program and version for your purchase.

Check that the registration email address and license code match the purchase information exactly. Remove any extra spaces or characters before or after the registration information.

A license code can be used on one device at a time. If it has been activated on another device, sign out or deactivate the previous device before trying again.

If the problem persists, please contact support@sidify.com for help.

3. Why am I limited to convert the first minute of each audio file?

It's the limitation of free trial version. To unlock the restriction, please purchase a license.

4. How to fix the problem that I can only see a fraction of my iTunes library in Sidify?

Please make sure you have downloaded the music to your computer, that it can play normally in the Music app, and that your computer is authorized with the same Apple Account used to download the iTunes music.

If the music has been downloaded but Sidify still fails to read it, please follow these steps:

a. Uninstall Sidify from your computer.

b. Go to ~/Music/Music and delete Music Library.musiclibrary.

c. Download and install Sidify from the Download Center. Do not launch Sidify.

d. Start the Music app and play a song to automatically generate a new library file.

Close the Music app, launch Sidify, and check whether the issue has been resolved.

5. How can I get the highest Apple Music Lossless output quality?

First, enable Lossless or High Resolution Lossless in the Music app settings.

6. How can I download Apple Music at 10X speed in Sidify?

In the Mac version of Sidify Apple Music Converter, switch to the Apple Music web player download source to download Apple Music at 10X speed. If you select the Music app download source, the speed is limited to 1X.

7. How to fix no sound issue on Mac after using Sidify Apple Music Converter?

If there is no sound from your Mac speakers after using Sidify, first quit Sidify and restart your Mac. If the issue persists, open Sidify and uninstall the Recording Driver from the Mac version's Help menu, then restart Sidify and try again. Or manually reinstall MJRecorderDevice by following this tutorial.

8. Does Sidify Apple Music Converter for Mac support the latest Apple chips?

Yes. Sidify Apple Music Converter supports Apple Silicon Macs, including M1, M2, M3 and later chips. Please use the latest version of the program.

9. Why doesn’t Sidify Apple Music Converter install on macOS 10.15?

The application is compatible with macOS 11 or later (including macOS 26 Tahoe). If your operating system is earlier than macOS 11 and no compatible build exists, please either upgrade to a supported version or use our Windows release. For paid customers unable to upgrade, we offer a free Windows license upon request—please contact our support team.

10. I noticed a window called “nativeBridgeHelper” asking for my Mac password. Is that normal?

Yes, this is perfectly normal. On ARM-based systems, the “nativeBridgeHelper” prompt appears to verify authorization with your operating system. Simply enter your computer username and password to enable the program to function correctly.

This process only needs to be completed once. Your login information is never saved or sent anywhere—it’s used locally by your system for verification purposes only.

11. I encounter some problems that I can't find in FAQ. How can I get technical support?

If the solutions above do not resolve the issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

[1] Update to the latest version

Go to Menu > Check for Updates in the program to check whether a newer version is available.

[2] Switch the App/Web conversion mode

Try switching between the available App Mode and Web Mode, then add the content again and retry the conversion.

[3] Clear the program cache

Go to Menu > Clear Caches, restart the program, and try again.

For complete cache cleanup, open Finder and select Go > Go to Folder, then enter ~/Library/Application Support/. Find the corresponding Sidify program folder, such as Sidify Apple Music Converter, delete it, and restart the program.

[4] Check your account status

Make sure you can sign in to your music streaming account normally in an external web browser. If the service requires a paid subscription, also make sure your subscription is still active.

[5] Check your IP address and regional restrictions

If you are using a VPN, try turning it off or switching to another server, then retry the conversion.
