Complete scam. This "software" will get your beloved Spotify account blocked. They miss-sell this product as a legal way to download your playlists. It's utter rubbish. Using this software to download music from Spotify contravenes the policy that you agreed to when you signed up. They'll block you and good luck getting that lifted! The "5 Day Full Refund Policy" is a joke too. "Oh there are loads of conditions and unfortunately you don't qualify for a refund". No surprise I guess. These people are crooks selling snake oil. Save your money, go and have a few pints instead, you'll feel much better than being scammed like me. Pffffft.
EDIT: I did reach out to their customer service team and they said a refund would be possible once I removed this review. I opened a PayPal case and recently received the refund.
