The outputs were encoded as VBR, so their average bitrates varied rather than matching the menu values exactly. In our test, the 320 kbps setting produced an average of about 253 kbps. YouTube's published upload guidance lists AAC-LC and Opus among its audio codecs, not MP3; a converter's 320 kbps option is therefore an MP3 output-encoding setting, not proof that YouTube supplied 320 kbps MP3 audio.
